Morgan Sinko is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors at Texas A&M University. He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Rochester. Morgan has extensive experience in the fields of AR/VR development, serving as an Engineering Manager and Lead AR/VR Software Engineer at Axon.

Srijani Mukherjee is a dedicated PhD researcher in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University, specializing in Human Machine Interaction and human information processing using wearable sensors. She also serves as an Engineering Manager at Bayer AG, guiding a team of software engineers working on developing analytics tools using satellite and drone data and Machine learning algorithms for farmers all over the world.

S M Ashif Hossain is a second-year PhD student at Texas A&M University, specializing in Industrial Engineering. He works in the Human Factors and Cognitive Systems (HF&CS) lab under the mentorship of Dr. Thomas Ferris. His research is primarily focused on haptic displays and their applications, aiming to enhance human-technology interaction. Alongside haptic displays, Ashif is also interested in human information processing, exploring how users perceive, interpret, and respond to different forms of feedback. His additional research interests include user research, usability analysis, and human performance modeling.

Gwilym, originally from Houston, grew up with a close affinity to aircraft. He completed his undergraduate studies in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and pursued his graduate education at Texas A&M University. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M, where his academic background and passion shaped his research interests.

Nandhini Manikandan is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University, with a research focus on Human-Robot Interaction, Human Factors, Machine Learning, and AI. Nandhini also holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. She is passionate about exploring how modern technology can enhance the quality of life and improve human experiences. Through her interdisciplinary research, Nandhini aims to develop innovative solutions that bridge the gap between humans and machines, making advanced technology more accessible and beneficial to society.

Bhargav Lagudu is a dedicated Mechanical Engineering professional currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Technology at Texas A&M University. With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, India, he applies a practical approach to design and process optimization. As an emerging leader in the field, Bhargav is pioneering significant research at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), focusing on integrating advanced robotics into manufacturing to enhance production efficiency and quality. He leads groundbreaking projects, including the development of trust metrics for human-robot interaction using the Fanuc CRX-10iA robot, aimed at optimizing tasks such as oxygen concentrator assembly in collaboration with the Arm Institute. His professional expertise spans CAD/CAM, meticulous analysis of manufacturing processes, and robotics, with notable achievements in micro milling optimization and robust human-robot interactions. Proficient in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and ANSYS, Bhargav actively contributes to projects that push the boundaries of production quality and operational efficiency in industrial settings.

Sai Manohar Gandreddi is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University, College Station. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTUH, India. His research focuses on enhancing productive efficiency through the installation of collaborative robots (cobots) in small and medium-sized industry settings. He is particularly interested in conducting research in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain areas.

Sri Venkanna Dora is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University, building on a Mechanical Engineering foundation from SRM University. During his undergraduate studies, he enhanced manufacturing processes, measuring surface roughness and thickness post-CNC machining, and exploring vibration-assisted turning. At Mechathon Engineering Pvt Ltd, he designed a hexaplux pump using SolidWorks, gaining hands-on experience. His internships broadened his expertise in CNC coding and 3D printing. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Torrent Gas Pvt Ltd, he contributed to City Gas Distribution projects in Chennai, gaining insights into gas pipeline systems. Currently, he researches human-cobot interaction, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes. Passionate about process engineering, lean manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain management, he is eager to drive innovation and efficiency in the manufacturing industry.

Gil is a Mechanical Engineering student set to graduate in 2025, with additional skills in computer programming. He has a wide range of hobbies, including playing the guitar, hacky sack, and disassembling and reassembling various objects. Gil is passionate about learning new things and continually seeks to apply new skills to enhance his personal value and meaningfully contribute to any tasks he is responsible for.
